I don't like skins, I prefer keeping the game as it is

Also, a few skins (like that hadouken one) might make you able to see stuff you shouldn't see, which I find a bit like cheating.

(If you're a Sniper with that mod, and a Pyro comes to hadouken you, you'll see particles in front of view and you'll notice the Pyro.)

First of all i use the huntsman, so i would notice him anyway.
And if i would use the sniper rifle, then i would notice him because of the sounds the pyro makes...
I often notice spies on that way too, before they backstab.

That's true for you, but not for all the low-skilled snipers out there How are we pyros gonna live if we can't hadouken snipers?
